RECONCILE International is pleased to announce that applications are now available for the RECONCILE Peace Institute (RPI)! RPI provides certification in the areas of Peace Studies & Conflict Transformation as well as Community Based Trauma Recovery. This 3 month comprehensive training enhances the ability of any leader engaging the complexity of trauma, peace work, and/or development in South Sudan. Our staff includes highly trained experts from throughout the African continent as well as the United States of America. As a result, our graduates are equipped with vital skills to facilitate conflict transformation and community development in their communities and nation.

Our 2012 RECONCILE Peace Institute theme is, “Rejoice in Hope” based on the biblical texts of Romans 12:12.  If you are interested in nominating a leader in your community, or applying to attend RPI yourself, we urge you to turn in a complete application as soon as possible. All applications must be submitted by 5^th April 2012. Full and partial scholarships are available for travel, housing, tuition, and food. Click here to download the application form.

Please note: Applicants should have at least an O level certificate or its equivalent. They must also be able to understand, write and communicate freely in English.
